It’s been a while, but I have news…

Thrilled to join the list of Semi-finalist screen writers in the 2025 Imagine This Women’s Film Festival.

You might have noticed I’ve been pretty quiet the last few years. I’ve been dealing with a few of life’s prickly moments. But my beautiful teen gave me a nudge to write something new, “maybe a screenplay mum? Might be easier?” I did.

My new screenplay – Last Sentinel – is based on my novella Emoto’s Promise. You know the story about a girl in a relationship with intelligent water who saves the world… Well, I guess you’ll have to read that if you haven’t already. lol.

Anyway, apparently, it wasn’t half bad and now it’s a semi-finalist in an international film festival. The world is full of delicious miracles like this.

So, I found my mojo and am back writing. Should have a new novel ready for you in 2026. A little robot romance that will ponder the big issues like; should robot love be constrained to toasters and vacuums?

Hint, you know I love diversity. Love is love is love.
